The recent CrowdStrike outage cast was a stark reminder of the risks and vulnerabilities FinTechs face in their daily operations. At this event, our lawyers will discuss the regulatory implications of a cybersecurity incident, such as the Crowdstrike outage, for FinTech firms and the key legal challenges they would face. We will also discuss our latest report, “Navigating the Cloud“, which examines how business leaders navigate and negotiate risks with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). The roundtable will be followed by networking at our Edinburgh office.
