Josif Grace
Josif began his career in Silicon Valley. Initially start-up focussed, he helped steward the growth and acceleration of some of the world’s most exciting emerging tech start-ups. Josif subsequently gravitated towards roles where he could help some of the world’s leading corporations improve their businesses through the application, understanding and integration of technology.
Tommy Young
Tommy retired from Aegon in March 2018. He joined Aegon in May 2009 as Governance and Controls Director and took up the role of Chief Operating Officer in September 2011 taking accountability and responsibility for all Aegon UK Operations (IT, Change, Customer Services and Property Services). Prior to joining Aegon UK, Tommy held a range of roles in UK financial and service organisations including HBOS, Barclays and Sage and before that held senior management positions at GE Capital.
Karen Cockburn
Karen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years financial and operational experience in a professional services environment. Having qualified with KPMG, Karen spent her early career with GE Capital, a global financial service provider and HBOS/Lloyds Banking Group. Karen has also held other senior finance positions including leading Finance Transformation programmes and major re-structuring of business projects following legislation change.
Duncan Jarrett
Duncan has over ten years of experience in executive positions within a financial service career that has spanned over 30 years. He is a specialist on distribution within the sector having worked in pensions, investment, platforms and protection. He has also held non-executive positions in distribution and been a key note speaker at Industry events.
