Our unique algorithims and machine learning then matches the best gig talent to that SOW instantly. This reduces time to hire and project risk significantly.

Our story started in March 2020 when our two founders started discussing the challenges they encountered delivering digital projects. They both came from very different backgrounds, one in consultancy from the client side and the other an IT Freelancer.
They agreed that to drive successful busines outcomes on any Digital Project requires access to great talent that can complete well qualified work packages. This process has typically been painful due to various third parties involved. The projects were often delayed, and the talent suffered due to long and laborious process to be onboarded. Also onboarding documents and IR35 complicated the process further. They set out to try to solve that problem.
They spent 18 months building GIGGED.AI, an Artificial Intelligence powered Digital Talent Platform that drives successful business outcomes. Our founders used their collective experience to develop a platform that is simple and effective. In November 2020, GIGGED.AI was awarded funding by Innovate UK who described the platform as:

In March 2021 we launched our MVP which attracted the attention of Forbes who included our Chairman in a recent article. In 2021 we will be growing out or Product and Customer Success Teams in Glasgow.
