Peter Proud – CEO

Prior to founding Forrit, Peter worked as Managing Director of Strategic Accounts and Partnerships for Accenture Interactive Digital Practice, providing integrated marketing, technology and analytics solutions for the digital world. Before joining Accenture, Peter worked at Microsoft for 14 years managing accounts for some of the world’s leading household names and was integral in the establishment of Microsoft’s ‘One Microsoft’ initiative.

Jerry Barton – COO

Before joining Forrit, Jerry was CFO at The Mill, the world’s leading advertising visual effects company. Prior to The Mill, Jerry spent 8 years at WPP, initially as Finance Director at creative agency JWT then as Group Finance Director at creative production agency Hogarth Worldwide, which grew from 25 people in London to 2,500 people in 17 countries during his tenure. Jerry started his career at Deloitte and has also worked at the Press Association.

Doug Cunningham – CTO

With extensive experience delivering large-scale projects involving software development and enterprise architecture, Doug is an expert in delivering significant improvements to business processes. Prior to joining Forrit, Doug worked for companies including Accenture and Fujitsu.

Austen Mulinder

Austen was a Founding Board Member of Ziosk, the first entertainment, ordering and pay-at-the-table tablet touchscreen. Prior to Ziosk, Austen worked at Microsoft, where he held multiple Vice President and Corporate Vice President roles, including in Worldwide Enterprise Sales.

John Waddell

John is an Advisor to Archangels, the company at the forefront of early stage investing. Named Dealmaker of the Year, John stepped down as Archangels CEO in 2015, a role he had held for 10 years. Prior to Archangels, John worked as a Director at merchant bank Noble Grossart.

Carolyn Jameson

Carolyn is currently Chief Legal and Policy Officer at Trustpilot. Prior to this, Carolyn held the role of Chief Legal Officer at Skyscanner, where she led on the sale of Skyscanner to Ctrip for £1.46bn. Following the sale, Carolyn worked as Head of International M&A and Corporate Affairs for Ctrip.

Steven Guggenheimer

Steve is a former Microsoft Executive now serving as a Non-Executive Director for companies including HSBC Holdings PLC. Over his 25+ years at Microsoft, Steve held leadership roles in key business areas including Vice President of AI & ISV Engagement, and Head of Developer Evangelism (DPE/DX) and OEM division.
