Edinburgh has a rapidly growing financial technology (fintech) sector. Multiple financial services firms have chosen Edinburgh for their technology operations, including Tesco Bank, TSB, and Computershare, which has its Global Technology Centre in Edinburgh. Edinburgh possesses growing expertise in blockchain technology.
